A Bit About The Piece

Handmade in sterling silver by Hopi-Tewa artist, Miriam Chuyate, who was taught jewelry craftsmanship by her Zuni husband.  The richness of the red coral indicates very early, old material.  The ring itself was likely created in the mid to late 1960's to the very early 1970's.
